how anyone can watch that and not realise that Wlad's loss had nothing to do with Brewster is beyond me. Look at the guy. Its round 5. That man is ill. Boxing ability has nothing to do with what happened.
Emanuel Steward said that Vlad was not feeling well after round 1. Vlad has "never" ran out of gas in five rounds. Count the punches he threw against Mercer, no problem with stamina. Vlad can go 12 rounds without a problem. The only time Vlad ever ran out of gas was in the 11th round.
Who gives a **** about the first Wlad-Brewster fight and Wlad's loss. He was smacking the **** out of Brewster and even almost put Brewster down for 10 at one point. Brewster landed what, 2 meaningful punches, which were the only things he did in that fight, that got him the victory, fluke. We know what happened the second time around. Hayemaker on the other hand gets knocked down by the wind of a missed punch.
Has there even been any verifiable proof of Haye's injury? Like X-Ray's or something, not this word of mouth crap. I actually don't even care if he needs more time, just as long as he fights someone with a pulse in the heavyweight division. He wasn't ready to make that big of a leap to begin with, he'd be wise to build his stock.
No proof whatsover in regard of Haye's "injury". Only his word. Yet, his nuthuggers tell me that I should take his word as it is written in the Scripture. Medicine is not Mathematics. It is hard to verify that certain type of imjuries are real. It is well known.
Lets assume he is faking, it is only so he gets paid and with Setanta in the **** it is in, what's the big deal if he was? If he is scared of Vlad, picking on Vitali is not a smart thing to do, the better boxer, with the better chin, the better sense of humour and the better abilities, what possible gain has Haye made except guarantee he gets paid for the biggest fight in the HW's since Lewis. Well?
