things happen so haye can't be blamed for that unless they guaranteed the venue in advance...im just trying to make clear wlad wants to fight haye as much as haye wants wlad.

that whole deal went up in smoke. im not sure how long they worked on it but now, they need to sit down and hammer out another deal. it's gonna take time as everything has to be re-negotiated.

More Money? Haye cant bring what he said he could to the table
Legacy? are u kidding? how does fighting Haye help Wlads legacy? maybe the other way around :hey

Wlad is smart to have a fight ready as a back up.

It was Haye that said he had that venue. He didnt or cant get it after he said he did. The venue was ALL Haye

  5. And did you read the other side of the story ??? I guess not.

The stadium was never booked, infact it was never even got past the first stage.... again due to price and Logistics( i.e Chelsea is a rich residential area, to get permission for 40,000 boxing fans pouring out on to the streets at 1am would be nigh on impossible)

Wlad and his team have known this for a long time, and are using this as a reason to lowball Haye

  7. Yeah because the HW division is so deep at the moment that Wlad is looking at fighting an WBC interconinetal title holder who has only just come out of the domestic scene.

And again it was all's the Klits idea regarding the stadium, probably something to do with the popularity of Chelsea in Russia/Ukraine due to Roman Abramovich

    :rofl:patsch

Yes I read the other side. Haye is an optional defense. He is getting a free shot at 2 Heavyweight belts. He can't be 'lowballed' as you say. He is lucky he is even getting a shot period. It seems without the arena or British TV Haye brings nothing to the table.

You can't be 'lowballed' when the Champion is willing to come to your own backyard and give you a shot. That is an idiotic excuse. It seems like Haye and his Promoter/Manager whoever just do not know how to put together a big event like they promised.

Haye needs to take the "lowball" offer and prove his worth as a hw. If he's as good as he claims, the $$$ will come in the rematch and Vitali fight when he can dictate the terms. enough talking.

Actually it was Haye's manager that said "we could fight in a stadium in London"

  12. The first time i heard it mentioned was when Vitali said he would be fighting Haye on German T.V.

He said something like "I want him... I'm wanting to fight at Chelsea"

Haye said " Yeah whatever bring it on"

I would be suprised if it was Hayes idea.... Because it is probably the worst and most expensive place to hold it... And i have never heard of any event likr this being held at Chelsea

    and your point is?:huh
Thats was a hype job and it was due to the fact the HAYE said he could bring the stadium to the table

  14. So just because he is a challenger, he should be happy with a coke and a smile and say " Thank ya boss" "Shine ya shoes" :patsch
