He pretended to want a piece of Wlad, he talked it up like pro wrestling, he played the part to perfection. But when the truth came knocking at his door, Haye found every excuse not to sign that contract, in the form of making unfair outrageous contract demands.

Haye clearly is not ready for prime time. His error was underestimating Klitschko's confidence and fearlessness. He thought he was intimidating Dr. Steelhammer with all the theatrics. Then he realized the painful truth. and couldn't handle it.

The bloke had in his hand and pissed away a world HWT title shot, something it took Archie Moore till the age of 46 to get. Something Sam Langford, Harry Wills, never got.

All the purse splits and percentages were agreed on for months. Then when the moment of truth came, Haye sabotaged the fight by making ridiculous demands, because he knows he will get knocked out. Now he will try to play if off in the media as all Klitschko's fault, and a lot of ignorant fools are going to buy into this fraud, but it's all a bluff, it's all mumbo jumbo from the great pretender.

Be careful what you wish for...David Haye was careless and suddenly got what he wished. Then realized he didn't really want it. Check mate. Klitschko will destroy this pretender when the time comes, that is if someone else doesn't do it first. Get ready for some serious handpicking from the Hayemaker.

Haye is no punk, he is ready for Wlad, and if his Hayemaker connects on Wlad's weak ass chin, the Heavyweight division is alive again.

Haye is the one blowing smoke screens all over the place. It will eventually be known...

This is Margarito-Mayweather all over again. "I'll fight anyone anytime anywhere, just as long as Bob shows me the $." When the money and Margarito came, Floyd made over a dozen different excuses to duck it. Haye boasted big then when his bluff got called, he used similar tactics to conceal the truth (lack of confidence).

The difference is Haye will eventually step up. Haye just realizes now he is not quite ready for the job. He will wait till Wlad is about 33, 34, 35, when his chances increase. Wlad may be unbeatable right now.

I think Haye's chances would be better also if he waits...that's not what this is about though.

    Wlad is in on this.

I learned from the Lewis,Bowe, Holyfield, Tyson era and all that trickeration and bluffing and dodging of Lewis. You have to be able to read between the lines, and see through the bluffs. It's not easy. But I have never been so sure of anything - Haye is the one who pulled out of June 20. We will see...

And it's agreed, this whole escapade probably added a few million to the gross when they do eventually battle,

If Haye is to blame Scoop, it's because Wlad told him to take the blame.

I think Wlad learned from Haye's shenanigans that it's just not going to happen now. He can deal with it. He had to deal with Byrd making him wait a whole extra year, when Byrd ducked the offer to fight him at MSG, falsely claiming he never got the offer. K2 tried like hell to make it happen with Haye but it's no skin off their nose, they will line up a second banana and take it from there.
