why would you feel he had the potential to do more if he's more limited than Ruiz.

The guy was saying Ruiz - and Holyfield, at this point in time - is more limited than Haye, but did better than him against Valuev.

Haye - as the 12th round showed - clearly COULD have done more if he committed himself to fighting with Valuev. He chose not to do that, and basically ran for most of the fight. I thought he lost, frankly - and not by a little either.

hes not boring overall if you look at his career...but in the biggest fight of his career on the biggest stage wasnt a great place to look like that for the first time...valeuv is slow as the day is long...i excpected haye to tee off on him and pot shot him all night....i dont get it.....valeuv is huge but hasnt had a signifigant KO in years.....

If Vic Darchinyan fought, say, Kermit Cintron, would you expect him to tee off on him all night? That's about the same difference in size in percentage terms. I note think people are giving enough note to that fact.

Yes, I would expect Darchinyan to do exactly that. He is a psycho.

    heavyweights are heavyweights.....
michael moorer dropped mike the giant white who was 7 foot tall and 300 pounds and thats after coming up from 175 .....doesnt mean **** in the heavyweight division if you can hit and weigh over 200 pounds...your comparison is off base comparing bantams to welters....
holyfield was 208 when he kod douglas who was close to 250
    theres a million examples....

Valuev is a giant a tough fight for anybody but Haye he has to do more.I have seen classic legendary wars this one isn't one of them not for the time capsule.Boxing needs explosivo wars or it's all over for the sport...

Don't comapre Haye or the generations now to the HW fight's 10 or 20 yrs ago. YES, ALL HW boxers will look dull.

BUT Haye is only the few shinning super stars in the HW as of now. Might as well enjoy it!

superstars dont talk **** and pull out the fights....then talk more **** to another brother..comes to an agreement to fight ...pulls the plug on that...starts talking **** for a 3rd time on what hes gonna do...then runs like a ***** for 12 rounds...which is fine if you didnt talk so brave...valeuv giant or not, is the slowest and worst heavyweight champ ever
