Hold on chump...old fat Toney would beat David Hype's ass...it would be a comedic boxing lesson.

Let him put his hands down and stalk James like he's f*ckin' Darchinian, and see what the fat man does to him.

Haye has his hands full with Barrett, he don't want any James Toney.

You should follow the timeline of events if you want to call people's comments stupid...

After Toney rocked Hasim so hard, that Rahman's ass became glued to his stool...David Haye was still talking about wanting to fight Rahman.

You believe he wanted a real fight all you want.

...wtf do you think everyone has been on Haye's ass about all this time...???

Barrett is a decent fighter...fringe contender/gate-keeper with some skills.

Haye may talk too much about he's ready to take on the best at HW, but that aside, it's not a bad fight for a cruiserweight moving up to HW.

:lol::lol::lol: Old and fat Toney could not even beat the limited Sam Peter and had to use steroids for the 2nd time to beat Danny Batchelder. Who are you kidding? Toney is finished and has been why do you think they are trying to fight Audley Harrison? :rofl

James Toney has only lost at HW to WBC World Champ Sam Peter...you call him "the limited," call him the champ.

Batchelder was on steroids...your logic assumes that Batchelder also needed steroids to lose to Toney...a complete non-point.

He isn't trying to fight Audley, if Audley wants to take a chance of reviving his "career" by fighting James...if they've got the money, he's got the time.

Toney has been defeated by only 1 HW, a reigning world champ...I know you have difficulty with that.

Anyways, the "limited" Barrett beats Haye.

Honestly, i usually like your comments. ANd yes, i know you are a big Toney and Peter fan. Toney would have toyed with Haye...years ago. Not now. As Rico pointed out, having a CONTROVERSIAL split decision against Bachelder shows where is Toney right now (by the way, i see Haye getting rid of that guy almost as fast as he got rid of Bonin)...A fight against Toney woud be competitive but Haye winning by clear UD. Peter? Come on! He might hope to land one of his big Rabbit punch and yes, knock Haye out. But to think both, Toney and Peter can outbox Haye? Nope.

Still, i agree that going after Rahman instead of Toney was bad. But don'T bring the ****in 3 round fight in the mix! Toney did well in the 3rd..so ? Rahman won 1 and 2. Big cut, Rahman quit, end. Haye would not even lose a round against Rahman.

What you guys all miss is that Peter is the only won who has pulled it off against Toney. He's had some bumps in the road, but when most fighters are going through the toughest time of their career they are stacking up losses...not Toney. He will be back, and his condition is improving...but make no mistake, I still think a fat and old Toney teaches Haye how to box. Hopefully we get to see that fight one day.

Rahman won 1 and 2 according to Haye only...not the judges and not the fans in attendance. Oficially it was two judges having James ahead at the time Rahman's retreat.

Peter would beat Haye's ass too.

Not to make you Haye fans feel bad, but Barrett is more than enough of a problem for you guys right now.

I think Barrett may be more than Haye is expecting. :good

I bet Barrett will train and prepare for this fight like never before, and we should get the absolute best Barrett can be. Not overly old, yet, and was always a solid fighter with pretty good power.

Let's hope he has enough to make it interesting and competitive. :good

I'm no Haye booster but Barrett's a good first fight. Maybe it's just all of the talk about JD Chapman and Rahman that's lowered expectations but whatever.

Barrett's not world class but he's probably as good as any cruiserweight Haye's ever faced.
