Ayes man i hear ya.....well kinda.....close but put on a clinic ? Not digging ....just wondering. Regarding Mitchell......agreed.......but then its just the way the belts/boxing is atm eh ? Btw, do you wear glasses ?
I say a clinic because he showed how good movement, tight defence and smart punching can nullify a high-workrate puncher. The fight was close because Burns would sit on the ropes and let Katsidis pound away - it gave the impression he was getting tagged. I do wear glasses at work.
Ayes man thats how i saw it regarding clinic....almost....if am allowed to say.....exhibition.....to some extent. Yeah a lot of people as expected and desired perhaps saw Kats winning via throwing shots which were as ya mentioned caught on gloves....hence why some here have stated people in the crowd not only had it close but saw a Kats win. Anyways :good
Haye is a fraud that only the gullible Brits believe in,Haye loves the Brits because he knows he can con them each and every time, take a look at Haye's record and you will see just 2 KO's the rest are TKO's,there is a big difference between a KO and TKO and it proves Haye don't have the power people think he does, what Haye does have is speed but not big power and his record proves it,he just throws fast combos and it overwhelms his opponents it has nothing to do with him having power.
Imagine if Haye got a Chris Byrd type win on Vitali? I think half this board would top themselves. Vitali-Haye, Wlad-Chisora are the fights that make sense
Why does Wlad-Chisora make sense? He clearly lost to the lesser of the brothers. He needs to win a few fights before going anywhere near Wlad.
I didn't mean next. I think Chisora will probably have a ban anyway but I think Wlad-Chisora is the most interesting opponent for Wlad
Because it's still just a paper title, regardless of Vitali holding it. I don't really care who the alphabet bodies recognise as 'world' champions, it doesn't mean I consider them world champions - and that includes Vitali. I take it you missed me posting that Mormeck wasn't a good fight? Or are you just assuming that I felt Mormeck was a decent challenger?
Unless haye comes up with this performance we've all been waiting for I still struggle to see how he beats him. I can't see haye being prepared to chase him down and potentially take risks,so by pot shotting etc he isn't gonna pick up the rounds needed to win on points.I think his best chance is stopping vitali,he isn't what he was and is slow but hes still awkward and tough. I'd like hate to prove us all wrong however, the heavyweights could use a shakeup
Keep on tweeting David. Make it happen. I'd like to see the fight but let's be honest - Haye needs to fight a top contender for the right to challenge for the title.
