George Foreman always said that the smaller heavyweights should only have to come in around 200 lbs. Just big enough to be able to hit hard - but still small enough to use their speed.

To be honest i think if he actually wanted to, he could stay there for a decade. He has proffessionals surrounding him and im sure it wouldn't be that hard of a task to not gain too much muscle, forcing himself out of the division. Especially with his speed, he doesn't want to bulk up in a stupid fashion and sacrifice any of it, cause its his best asset. Expect him to hang round at LHW for a long time unless he manages to clean out the division, and theres a real lack of new contenders coming through, in which case he might move up to attempt to enhance his legacy (but thats long term positive thinking).

He should go on the Chris Arreola diet.

I think Haye is looking to become a Heavyweight, not a fatass. Solis shouldn't have gone on that diet.:-(

Haye's head does look small for a heavyweight, especially compared the huge heavies like Wladimir.

Of course. After all, you say so!
I say Haye should retire right now and go in the books as an ATG Heavyweight. He doesn't need to prove a thing no more.

if u look at ur avatar pic u can c that dh hasnt got broad shoulders,u can grow muscles but not bones.
he is as big as he is going to get, which is good enough if he wants to keep his speed.

Big fat head = easier to hit than a small head. :deal

Those overweight lumbering heavies have got not chance of locating Haye's head, nevermind his chin!
