I dont think Adamak can afford to take blow after blow to the chin from a puncher like Haye, especially at cruiser. Also Haye has not gassed since he tried to foolishly bomb Carl Thompson out, i doubt there is anything to suggest he would try and bumrush Adamak. He kept calm and collected against the admittedly fragile but very dangerous Enzo Macc and i think he would approach Tomasz in much the same manner, i think rather than tiring around round 6/7, i believe he would start to come on more strongly and would close the show around the 9th or 10th round. It would have been a very good fight for the neutral yet torture for a supporter of either guy.

I have seen many of Adameks fights, and I feel I have seen enough of him to make judgement about him. He did look **** against Grant. Michael Grant is an old, past his best fighter with a weak chin. He was stopped by Dominick Guinn, and unskilled Jameel Mcline. The truth is, any heavyweight near the top of the division who fights him should stop him. Adamek came closer to being stopped himself than stopping Grant. Grant had Adamek badly rocked twice in that fight if you don't remember. Michael Grant is old and badly shot, Adamek couldn't stop him, and got badly rocked by him. He won the fight by a few rounds but did not look at all convincing. Is that a good performance in your eyes? I firmly believe David Haye would stop Michael Grant, in fact, I'd bet my house on it.

Bottomline is: Adamek is too disciplined an athelete and boxer for David Gayemaker! I just find it so silly that these Brits think he can fight. That his truly shameful.

That was the best outing Grant had in years. Win or Lose. And believe if he walked in the ring and fought Haye the way he Adamek, he would beat Haye!

You're forgetting the fight with the tiler. Yep, unlike Adamek, Haye has been beaten silly by some complete bums, on the UK circuit.

This is brilliant. I didn't really know there was all these lurkers who only come on to talk about their idol Adamek.

It's fun how people who have picked Haye have all been completely respectful to Adamek and only talked in terms of boxing ability, but the Adamek fans have laid into Haye personally attacking him. Pretty amusing.

Everyrhing you wrote is OK, but Adamek didnt need to KO Grant to get a win. He chose to box him and he executed the plan in 100%. Was it an impressive win? No, but it was a good win. What is the most important what you can notice from this fight is that Adamek doesnt have the fear when he fights big guys. The cuts on Adamek face were made by Grant's elbows and it didnt change anything in Adamek's fighting style. He wasnt afraid of pain.

It's just that Haye is full of **** and can't fight. And, when he opens his mouth it's obvious. And he refuses to fight anybody. Look at his resume. It's awful. There's better pro/am talent in any major US city. And Haye wouldn't make it through regionals. There's such a gross lack of boxing skill for a guy with a HW belt. I've got lots o respect for Lennox lewis. i think he was a great champ. but Frank Bruno? David Haye? **** man next you're gonna have moms bringing orange slices between rounds. I don't think it's personal. Maybe it is? but dude, this guy has never improved as a fighter at all. You watch film and you see the same problems with balance , footwork and not putting together his shots in any kinda rhythem. he's a 1 punch at a time guy with average timing and average speed for a true cruiserweight. david Haye is as unimpressive as any fighter I've ever seen with a belt.

Even Haye's best opponents, when he was supposedly at his height, are vastly overestimated. Take the subjects of this thread. Enzo Mac has proven to be a vastly overhyped no one , whereas, Adamek's best opponent (Cunningham) is still alive and kicking, ruling the CW division. Its painfully obvious Adamek has beaten the better competition, both as a CW and as a HW.Plus he was the LHW ruler. Haye huggers just point to theory hyptoherical scenarios and wishful thinking, while Adamek fans can point to things that actually took place.

You realise he won silver at the World Amateur Championships? What happened, did he fluke it?

And look, i'm not doing this saying this as some fanboy, I just think you're seriously way off in how bad you think he is

He is good where his strengths are concerned (speed, power) but very bad where his weaknesses lie (chin, balance, activity level). Everyone has weaknesses, Haye's weaknesses though are pretty glaring. Adamek is a more rounded fighter, with small weaknesses that can be compensated for. A guy with a good boxing IQ (like Adamek) can exploit Haye's very serious flaws as a fighter.

Adamek is more skilled, experienced and tougher than Haye, what more do u need? Oh, CHEEN.

btw, if ancient Frago and Mormeck can give a hell to Haye then how about Adamek?

btw2, Bell and Mormeck are quite the same level, right? You can compare how Adamek performed against Bell and Haye vs Mormeck.

What are you guys talking about?

David Haye has a horrendous glass jaw, easily one of the worst in the sport. He got stopped on his feet once, when he was a young, overly reckless, and un developed as a fighter. ONCE! Jesus christ........I don't think I have seen a worse chin in the history of boxing. He should just retire. If you get stopped once as a green, inexperienced fighter, when exhausted and without a gameplan, you must have an absolutely atrocious glass jaw. And to not even come close to being stopped at any other time in your pro career? How indecent.
