I've always admired David Haye for stepping up and showing not only a willingness, but a desire, to be the best he can be. Goes to France for Mormeck, to Germany for Valuev. So far, so good.

Haye talks the talk about the Klitschko's, says all the right things about wanting to establish a legacy, fight the Ukranians. There's a whole whirlwind of promotion and hype, and a lot of trash is talked, defamatory t-shirts are worn....

For a fairly legit reason, the first flight with Wlad falls through. Ok, fine. Then he pulls out of a clash with Vitali, so he can go for the weaker champ and get a belt to establish himself as a proper HW. Ok, a bit inconsistent in terms of what he's previously said, but I'll give him a pass because his previous track record. And now, the final straw perhaps, he might not fight either Klitschko anytime soon, instead a possible fight with A-Force has arisen.

This is where I think that enough is enough. Its time for Haye to step up, back up his words with actions. Even if he gets beat, he'll get more respect from me and others simply for taking the fight.

Fighting A-Force, at this stage is a *****-money move, plain and simple. Ok, it'll be a good fight, two big punching HW's with dodgy chins, but in terms of legacy, in terms of fighting the best, in terms of actual historical signifigance, this fight is a non-event.

David Haye - NOW is the time to fight a Klitschko.

too much of a postive thread mate, that won't go down well with some of the oxygen starved, walking abortions that post on here.

However, I do agree I immediately took to Haye because he was willing to take risks as you say, going to France stopping Mormeck won him credits with me.

I think Haye might want to milk his fame for abit longer before he takes a big risk fighting a Klit. He only became a Celebrity in the UK in November thats not very long. He loves the attention of being champ. I dont blame him hes a smart guy. He isnt scared and i think the fight with a Klit will happen

The fight with the Klitschko's will happen but I don't think it will be his next fight. When he won the world title Golden Boy said the plan was to fight the mandatory (Ruiz) in England and then take Haye to America for a fight against an American fighter to get him more exposure in the States. This was to maximise the revenue for a Haye vs Klitschko fight. The problem with this is there are no American fighters left after Arreola and Chambers last fights.

A fight with Adamek in Atlantic City is the next best thing. I live in Jersey and Adamek has a loyal following here. The bout would most likely make HBO.

Wishful thinking....Vitali is clearly on the verge of retirement, and if he somehow struggles against Sosnowski, he might just call it a career. Wlad is obviously tited up with the ridiculous Povetkin situation. As a sidenote, can somebody tell me how Povetkin is still ranked number one? He hasn't beaten anyone of note in the last two years.:D

Well, for either...But I was talking about Haye. Someone mentioned he wanted more exposure in the States, and a fight with Adamek makes a lot of sense. :D

I agree. Haye is not stupid, he knows If he fights either of the klits there is a good chance he will lose. Why fight them now when he can fight a few more easy fights and make bucket loads, then fight the klits after.
