agreed, probs on of the nicer things he has said recently. I myself think enzo should call it a day. G
i hope he does, he should become a pundit instead of nicky piper, sky could do with a fresh face imo :good
haye is a bull**** talker but only to sell fights and get into the head of his opponents. even if i don't like him. i have heard that he is very respectable to his opponents after the fights. but he talked to much **** about Wlad, and he knowns that wlad will beat him bad.
I do think Enzo can be fine after boxing, he doesn't seem a hookers & blow kind of guy, and with Warren offering him a promotional position he should jump at it I think. It's what would make it more disappointing if he carries on, before you even get into the whole health and prospects situation.
iv always thought both haye and enzo seem real gents away from the huckster talk of the ring....classy by haye, but i believe WHATEVER enzo chooses to do we should respect his decision..he isnt punchy, isnt dmaged and seems to be a relaist..he will know what is right for him and i personally wish him all the best, one of the most exciting guys we have produced over the years....a fighter that wins, or loses, by stoppage....always gonna make a shitload of cash
think i must be punchy with the spelling in my last post....haha....i dont like the idea of any fighter getting hurt..yet, if its all they know and they wanna fight, who are we to tell them no...if a fighter can pass the medical stipulations in this, or any country, should they be allowed to fight on.... enzo has suffered some brutal kos..but he hast taken sustained beatings, the kind that seriously damage a fighters longevity....
Each time Enzo's lost he's looked like he probably been seriously concussed. He doesn't recover at all. He was stumbling round, completely discombobulated for ages after he lost on Saturday. Lots of things could cause it, but it appears Haye knocked all the punch resistance out of him. That means his nerves are getting damaged which, along with the slurring and his lack of co-ordination (more and more apparent, sadly), it looks like he's getting badly hurt. Frenkel caught him a couple of times and his legs went. And I don't think Frenkel's a seriously big hitter. He's just not got it any more and he's going to get badly hurt every time he steps up.
mate im with you..id LIKE to see the guy call it quits..but my point is its his decsision, not ours..
