His road to become undisputed was not a very difficult one.

how haye does at heavyweight? well he got ability so he might knock a few heavys out - but he has been knocked out as a amteur and pro by far lesser fighters than World Heavyweight Champions - so it is hardly a surprise if they end up scraping him off the floor when he fights one of the top boys. and lets not forget the loss to Thompson - it was a real loss - you say o he was only a kid he was just 23 yrs old - but Mike Tyson was World Heavyweight Champion at 20 years old - Haye was exposed that night to a certain degree

Whats wrong with Arreola vs Haye??? You act like Arreola doesn't deserve to be in the same ring as Haye. Give me a break, Any heavyweight deserves to be in the ring with Haye, even John Ruiz. And thats a fight Haye should take - I wouldn't pick him to beat Ruiz at all!

I don't buy the claim that Haye was weight drained for this fight.

Less than 12 months earlier he came into a fight at 190 pounds. Then six months before the Nelson fight he fought at 192. He then fights at 199 for the Williams fight.

The weight drain thing doesn't add up. What I saw in the Nelson fight was Haye was doing fairly well up until the fifth. He got tagged badly. All of a sudden he can't punch and is wobbling around the ring.

Sorry but he wasn't gassed. He was struggling with the after effects of a concussion.

Haye is 3-4 rounds of FLASH.A HW who can get him into the second half of a fight and use his weight to get Haye tired has a great shot at KO'ing him.(and this is what will happen:deal )

most haye 'fans' are realistic about his place in the future, but arent you glad to have a fighter who isnt scared to fight stepping up? im sorry but nothing else in the heavys excites me. i dont care if/when he gets knocked out its gotta be better than the drivel were used to at the moment.

most importantly if a young powerful athletic boxer, who looks like he trains every now and then, makes some moves in the heavys, maybe just maybe a few more US prospects will start seeing the division as ripe for the taking.

lets face it thats what the division really needs to be exciting. not what weve got at the moment. i refuse to accept this is as good as it should be.

    USA USA!

Like who? Every potential prospect/contender has gotten blasted out.

Wlad vs Peter for all the marbles is much more interesting.

Haye has done NOTHING as a HW to show his worth of getting a crack at "the man".

it is standard practise in every other division for exciting champions to move divisions and fight the champ in the weight above or below them. this is taken as a good thing by most boxing fans, surely even you?, as it gives us the fights we want.

think about the HUGE fights we have had over the last year, odh vs pbf, cal vs bhop, do you think pavlik doesnt deserve a shot at cal?

as for us heavys, they must be there somewhere, maybe they are being lost during the amateurs. having no one to look up too cant help either.

Big difference with the smaller guys and HW's.Them moving up and down 5-7 lbs is common practice with fighters who drain themselves.

The title as "the man' at HW is held in higher regard.Even Holyfield had to earn his shot.

The biggest complaint about the HW division is not having a clear cut champ and a bunch of scattered belts.

Wlad taking on Haye only further more delays any hope of unification and does nothing for Wlad's legacy.Blasting Haye out quick does nothing for him.

It's an upgrade for Haye but a downgrade for Wlad until Haye actually makes some noise(with his fists and not mouth).
