Only a matter of time this fraud runs out of money once again and will "come back one last time".

You don't dominate at cruiser and win the heavyweight title if your a fraud mate. Unlikeable ??? maybe, but he was legit in his earlier days..An atg at cruiser, and h2h at that weight

How did Haye "dominate" at CW? Who did he beat?

He went life and death with Mormeck and beat a glass-jawed Macca. He never fought Huck, Adamek, Cunningham and a host of others, and for good reason. Haye was always about risk minimization. That's not domination. And that's not an "ATG" career.

    Give it a rest.

    Frauds don't become world champion.

Frauds do however talk rubbish from behind a computer screen and never achieve much in life.

I'm glad he's calling it, really he's had no business being in the ring these past two years.

I'm grateful for the excitement he brought to UK boxing at a time when things looked far less Rosey. I hope he enjoys a healthy retirement.

He's simply a Z-list troll, never see him say anything positive about anyone. And that kind of mindset kinda reflects back on self-esteem tbh....

I get why people might not take to Haye, or even rate him as highly as I did at CW. He can come across as arrogant and smug. But most of his fights were an exciting watch and he was a vicious finisher at his best. I tend to discount what happened post the Chisora fight as being a delusional attempt to recapture what had gone for ever, but in his prime years Haye helped make the British boxing scene worth following when the sport wasn't as popular as it is today.

Wasted the best years of his career through chronic inactivity. Wonder how much he regrets that now.

It's a shame when you here people trying to run down David Haye. In his day David Haye was one of the best cruiser/heavy floaters you would ever see. His career was plagued by chronic injuries, causing inactivity. Post Chisora, he was broke, needed the money and was a mere shadow of his former self. Even after he fought Bellew on one leg for 5 rounds, and fought him again with a multitude of injuries in the second fight like a walking mummy, he never made an excuse and congratulated Bellew like he was a champion. All class from Haye, an icon of British boxing who paved for the way for the Joshuas and Furys of today. No doubt he'll have a career as a future media personality.

I think Lennox Lewis might have had more to do with paving the way for the Joshua's and Fury's :sherlock:
