Kostya is a conditioning freak, dont expect Povetkin to be in poor shape, like he was in the Huck fight.

Povetkin's last fight was against the former undisputed and lineal champ Rahman not Huck. Needless to say Povetkin absoultely mauled him and took him out early in stunning style. That win was better than Haye's over Valuev and Ruiz in fairness. Here, see for your youself.

No doubt this chap would have been talked about amongst the ATG's if he had of been born in one of the many weak era's.

I find it hard to believe that Sauerland will risk their paper-champ vs a real threat like Haye, if Pov is KO'd, he will never fight Wlad

this is actually a decent fight, athletic Haye vs great technician Povetkin, I'm leaning 55/45 in favour of Haye

It would be hilarious if Haye went for the Arreola/Stiverne winner. Tyson Fury was dead positive of getting that fight, so if Haye took it from underneath his nose, it would rustle a few feathers, that's for sure!

**** me. A decent fight is rumoured for once in the HW division and all some people can do is come in and ***** about it, mainly because one of the participants said some nasty things about their favourite boxers a couple of years ago. Utterly pathetic, and as Boxed Ears said, painfully predictable. You guys need to sort your ****ing lives out.

When Wlad - Pianata was announced these were the guys in threads attacking people who criticised the fight. Now when a fight like this is rumoured they're in threads attacking the two participants. They're not boxing fans.

Now, I haven't actually seen a source for this fight, only that Haye is fighting again - and with Povetkin lined up to fight Wlad I can't see why his team would risk it. Although, would be really get that high of a pay check from Wlad? I mean the Klits fight don't generate HUGE money with their fights - perhaps they'll get a bigger deal from a PPV fight against Haye. That's the only way I can see this happening.

Other than Povetkin, who's the other options?

I suppose it's about risk reward though.

You can fight Wlad for a decent pay check in a fight you're not going to win. You take cash, lose and have no big fights on the horizon.

Or you can fight Haye for a similar amount of money in a fight you've got a far better chance of winning. If you lose then its no different to losing against Wlad, but if you've win you've got a big pay check with the Wlad fight still good lined up.

I mean, that would at least make some kind of sense.

Personally I can't see it happening though.
