how is this the wrong approach for his intended result? haye is a bit of a conman, but i would expect an honest man to do the same things hes doing now.
He knew skill wise what he was up against coupled with power, then add the big natural size difference, looking back it was always gonna pan out that way..Haye was too small imo, as much as I rate Haye super heavys with skills like Wlads is a tall order
He did cross enemy lines and stagger a bigger guy in Valuev already. I think if Wlads defense wasnt so good maybe Haye gets a shot in there to stagger him.
Wlad seemed so much bigger once they got in the ring, and they way he fights Wlad very wary but ko power Haye was stuffed really. Charge in or try and close the distance to land and you could be met with the clinch or a fight ending left hook. He was focused for that fight Wlad
I have to agree with you on this one.. I rewatched that fight many of times and WK was very cautious to take chances and Haye had the speed advantage big time.. I know he looks back regrets the way he fought that day because he coulda been on Joshua level with that victory
Nah, Haye was an embarassment that night. And Bellew was right when he said that Sky stopped doing PPV for a few years because of him.
This is the same man who blamed his toe for losing a World Heavyweight Unification fight on National TV!! And the same man who said will end "Eddie Hearn and Matchroom" eventhough he knew he was past it and his body was PERMENANTLY injured. He's a conman of the highest order and i hope he suffers in eternity. Maybe that was Jesus's way of bringing pain to Haye, by ruining his body for all the lies that came out of his disgusting mouth. I hope Eddie Hearn is next to suffer
How on earth was he an embarrassment (bar the toe excuse at the end)? He gave it his all in the ring. Bellew can hardly talk about PPV disasters when he totally stunk the joint out with Cleverly in their rematch. Haye and Wilder: two boxing gods. Great video.
****in hell mate..If I had to sell like Haye to make more money I would do it in an instant, its business as well as a sport. I agree the toe was a bit bad to bring up, but who donated thousands and thousands to Nick Blackwell when he was bad???? Yours truly...He may grate people I agree, but he's blatantly a good bloke, and a seriously dominant fighter prime with some great performances..
Only because some 30 seconds of sparring footage that was shown to make Haye look good ? Please.Im not fan of both men but sparring means nothing.
