Haye is an attention *****, and it is also for the money. Every fighter fights for money, its their job....do you think that the Klits are fighting for legacy?

Adamek is the easiest high profile fight out there for Haye, he absolutely obliterates the Pole. Tomaz moves like he is swimming through treacle and doesn't have much pop...thats a bad combination for a heavyweight

If Chisora works on his ringcraft he could get past Euro level. As for Haye, if he returns and beats Povetkin it could set up numerous decent domestic fights.

    Domestic fights?

the only one that is viable at the minute is Tyson Fury and I honestly believe he is on to a hiding if that ever comes off.

Adamek's boxing ability is vastly overrated. Just cos he danced round an ancient Kevin McBride.

Got outboxed by Eddie Chambers who could only use one hand for most of the fight due to injury.

If you read what follows that sentence I explain further. Haye is an attention ***** in the sense that we wants the general public to love him, not just boxing and sports fans.

Most sportsmen want to be the back of newspapers, not the front. Haye is completely the other way round and it's a **** poor attitude to have IMO.

Surely you understand that the bigger % of the general public that know him the more money he stands to earn? It's common sense.

The majority of PPV money doesn't come from boxing fans, it comes from the general public who buy into the fight.

Awesome! The British HW scene is brilliant right now with Hate, Fury, Price will be back, A resurgant Harrison, Joshua and Stabler.

He just proper rubs me up the wrong way. Tyson Fury (who everyone knows I rarely ever agree with) got it spot on about him in something I read today. He thinks because he's famous that he can jump the queue for title fights and deserves more money than everyone else.

Not a ****ing chance in my book. Would love to him embarrassed by a Klitschko again or by someone else, hopefully then he'll **** off and do some D-list action films like he says he will.

Ok. So really it has nothing to do with him having the same motivations as 90% of the fighters out there, it's just that you don't like him.

Because he's a former CW world champ and two division titlist he is a bigger attraction than most HWs out there and one of the most famous British fighters, which means he brings more money to the table, which because boxing is a business means he is more likely to get the big fights - like the Klitschko fights.

I can completely understand disliking the guy for his personality, but seems your problem is with boxing itself and you just dislike Haye. If most fighters could fight as infrequently as Haye and earn that money then they would do it.

Christ, the guy can do no right according to some!

He got slated for sitting doing nothing while trying to talk himself into a fight,.

He then announces that he is actually willing to do what most people think he should have been doing already, fighting his way to a fight with the champs, and he still gets slated!

    Give the guy a break
