2.0 versions of British fighters are the gold standard we measure everything against.

    BJS 2.0
    Brook 2.0
    Fury 2.0
    Khan 2.0

And now we have Haye 2.0 rising like a phoenix from the ashes.

Bellew is getting splattered to the canvas, laid out cold in HL reel fashion on his back or front.

No doubt he’s slower than he was but the explosiveness is still there. He’s never going to be like his old self. Bellew claims he is faster than Haye because he is lighter - that is bull****. Haye is way quicker. Bellew does have good footwork but that’s a moot point in that discussion.

All questions will be answered on Saturday I suppose.

If Haye is at 100% he should beat Bellew, i do not expect a Knockout here tbh.
If Haye isn't at 100% Bellew will smash his ass for the second time.
    Easy. We will see.

i wouldn't expect a 37 year old to still have his speed but i was shocked by how laboured he looked.

it's what annoys me about this fight, every boxing fan KNOWS Haye was more talented than Bellew could ever be, and if it was the David Haye from even the Chisora fight, I'd pick Haye KO in 3 without any hesitation...but I just don't think he has it anymore. All I can think about is the fact he had to retire 5 years ago, because surgery couldn't heal his shoulder, since then he's had even more serious injuries. As you say though, we finally find out Saturday night

At some point Bellew’s luck just has to run out. If Haye is not injured this time, even slow, 37 year old, version of him beats Bellew.

Bomber took Haye to the 6th round when he had two legs though. That was his gameplan , to take him late , and Haye wasn't good enough to prevent him delivering on his strategy.

Haye wanted an early blowout when he was fit and healthy , but Bellew was just a little too cute for him in his footwork and control of distance.

Have you ever watched Haye fight before? I know everyone was saying he was injured before the fight, maybe 2 weeks before the fight, did it not jump out at you from first bell??? If you've watched Haye before you could see he was hampered from the off and ever so slightly dragging his leg at an angle. Bellews win aint worth a wank to honest people

That was Heiland Haye, not Haye 2.0 with 2 good Achilles, 2 good shoulders, 2 good hands, and 10 good toes. Mark my words that gobby creep Bellew is going to be in a world of pain come Saturday. @ facts

The fight would be over if Haye had landed his best FIT. He was never at any stage FIT in that fight, he just didn't enter as bad as he left

I think he needed to beat Bellew first time round for that to happen.

AJ's dance card looks full with mandatories fast approaching. If he has time for a voluntary, wouldn't miller have a better shot?

There wasn't a single man born from his mother who said Bellew was going to win that fight. Everybody , including me, predicted Bomber was toast within a few rounds tops.

Ive been a Haye fan from the very beginning and know all about him. He looked against Bellew the same way he looked against his two fights on Dave- uncoordinated , wild and sloppy. Those guys were pasted out cos they couldn't box.
Bellew reads the game better than Haye does which is why he was able to defuse his wild burst attacks which put him off balance so much he ended up blowing out his ankle.
