David Haye sparring footage for Tony Bellew rematch

the clip ended before the bit where scuba scott takes a dive

 

when you watch Haye spar and think "please dont snap something" you know there is something wrong.

 

Scott is not that bad, his issue is the lack of heart.

 

Bellew>>> Scott

 

looks like ****.

 

Cement legs, but at least he’s training to slip shots bellew’s got awful precision guy finds it so hard to land unless your laying on the ropes.

 

Usual Haye. Over commits too often, doesn't set up his punches (throwing a hard jab to follow it up with something is not "setting up his punches") and some nice upper body movement and feints. Good active guard to slow his opponents down and make them think.

 

I only recognise him on his toes....

 

Compared to the Chisora-fight David Haye, I think he looks slow of hand and feet, noticeably. Head movement still good though. Here's Haye in 2013 by way of a comparison.....

This. Too bad the Haye- Fury fight never happened back then.

I'm not sure you know mate. Hell of a lot more powerful than Bellew and he doesn't have to worry bout nothing coming his way. Could rough him up I would've thought

 

Let's put this in context, he's training to fight a feather-fisted LHW not Joshua.

He looks slower than a few years back but still wayyy too much for Tony "Dolls Eyes" Bellew as long as he can remain injury free.
