Sure, he looks like a beast against cruiserweights. But he has also looked vulnerable against cruiserweights.

And just who were those great cruiserweight fighters that he beat?

And he thinks that the heavyweight division is weaker talented than his little ole cruiserweight division?

All this guy is trying to do is make the most money as fast as he can.....before he gets kayoed and becomes a fast distant memory.

Personally,..I would love to see him do good and revitalize the pathetically boring heavyweight division.

    But that won't happen.

At some point..."maybe not against Barrett", but at some point real soon at heavyweight, David Haye will get knocked through the rim of his ass.

    Period.

david haye is a down to earth man, all his recent quotes is not his character, it is just a publiciity drive to get his name in the frame to make money .

david haye could have gone the gomez route , but it has taken gomez about 7 years to get a title shot

whether haye shits or busts at heavy , he will make money doing so, persoannly i do not like the attention ***** way he went about it, but it seems in this day and age that is what you have to do and either he himself or a marketing man behind him have decided this is the right way.

whther anybody likes it or not it has worked even if it is just that people want to see him get knocked out they still want to see him.

chris eubank did the same and made millions on the back of it and he was a dull low key fighter 90% of the time but people just wanted to see him , because of what came out of his mouth and not what he did in the ring.

The HW division today is a joke, it's the weakest era EVER, Haye will make noise in this division.

Haye can probably beat the Rossy types.

Haye probably can't beat the Povetkin types.

Is David Haye unprove at heavyweight? Yes.

Is David Haye more talented than anyone in the division besides the klitschkos? Easily.

Is David Haye vulnerable to ANY heavyweight who packs a decent punch? Yes.

Can David Haye beat and KO any HW out there besides vitali? Yes.

IMO, Haye will have extraordinary KO's he gives and KO's he takes...I'm excited and anxious to see what happens. Nothing would surprise me.

25, I look at the top 20 and only 2 fighters look decent: the Klitchcos, the rest are old hasbeens who were never that good to begin with, and a few unproven prospects. Chageav seems decent enough, but he is always sick. Most of today's HWs can't even go 12 rds.

I wouldn't exactly say that someone who pretty much unified the cruiserweight division "sucks".

I think Wlad is actually better than Vitali, IMO Peter being a fat lazy slob had alot to do with Vitali looking so good.

i always hype um' up but real talk.....Haye an A class fighter, his speed, power, and boxing IQ are all very good, anyone who doesn't think he's the real deal is in denial

with that said....he doesn't have a great chin, but alot of the top heavyweights don't anyways.....and with his power, it's kill or be killed when you get in the ring with him, and thats make him an EXCITING fighter....which is what the Heavyweight division has been needing, so you can say he's already the divisions savior...win or lose

but honestly, speaking pure attributes on paper....with his speed, power, technique, and overall pedigree they're aren't ANY fighters outside of the klitcsko's who are even capable of KO'ing Haye before they KO them

be realistic folks......or better yet keep dreaming, it'll only make his victory sweeter for those who see him for what he is, which is legit....the real deal
