They are desperate at this point. All their fighters have Glass Jaws.

I think Sauerland may put Helenius in with Haye in a WBO eliminator.

It's a fairly easy matchup for Haye (Pulev would have a much better chance of beating him).

Helenius is having some disagreements with Sauerland right now (he still hasn't signed for the Sprott fight which was supposed to be on March 23) , and he didn't look good in his last fight. I think they may get rid of him by cashing him out in a fight with Haye.

Povetkin is a big name in Russia and gets along well with his German promoter so I can't see Sauerland putting him into a high-risk fight with Haye.

Haye better not take out Povektin for Vladdy boy.
Haye is good but he doesn't have what it takes to beat Wlad.
Pot shotting and trying to ambush him from the outside isn't the way to go about it.
You need applied pressure, grit , toughness, a good chin and high workrate to take him out.
Povektin will get stuck in bringing those attributes and will casue Wlad far more trouble than Haye can.
Against Haye though that gameplan most likley gets him floored, so theres no doubt Wlad is hoping Haye can beat Povektin so he doesn't have to take the risk.

I think a fully motivated and fit Povetkin arguably has a 50/50 chance against Haye. But next to no chance agaisnt Wlad--maybe 3%. Wlad's size advantages and overall skill and power will be too much for Povetkin to overcome. It won't be much more competitive then Klitschko-Adamek was.

Don't know what people's problem is here, if he gets himself into a mandatory position then clearly he has earned his shot, say what you will about Haye he still beats anybody who isnt a Klitschko.

Sauerland would be crazy to risk Povetkin vs. Haye before the upcoming $10 million purse payday vs. Wlad. Sauerland tossing Helenius sounds sensible.

    *you're

    And that's shaunster101 to you.

I don't think I've even mentioned Haye's name in this thread until this post. I've merely been laughing at the new-to-the-sport Klitschko fans who like reinventing the way boxing works just to align with their adoration of two multimillionaires they don't know.

Yet you're effectively demanding that Vitali tags Waldo for his shot at Haye. Strange.

    What does that even mean?

  11. He wont do it, plus even if he does he'll loose (which is a good thing) Wladimir is the greatest heavyweight champion of all time, him and Vitali hold all belts, all belts in heavyweight! Haye is all about the flashy flash not the boxer!

You want Haye to fight both Vitali and Waldo. You know, the tag team.

why so sure about it? who has he beaten at heavweight? Good wins are just Valuev and Chisora.
Dont tel me Audley or Ruiz were good wins against strong boxers. I dont say he wont beat everyone besides K2 but i am not sure about it.
