Mate , listen I not going down to the gym and getting one of the lads to video me for your pleasure. i can assure you 100% that if you were to go to the gym yourself (which I now doubt) , work out for a few weeks and did the same excercises that Haye is doing you would be in the high teens , within a few months hitting 30 . Do you know how big gymnasts are? Do you know how big David Haye is? It is impressive, yes his form isn't perfect but for a 200+ pound man to do that..
Ok , the rugby league lads that i know wouldnt find this impressive , they are bigger and not professional sportsmen. it sounds like I am some bitter hater , I am not its just I see this in the gym every day and it doesnt need a video and thread. peace.
I guarantee less than one out of your 20 rugby mates could do 30 pull ups like that in the video. You do not see 220 pound men doing 30 consecutive pull ups every day in your gym. It's rare in a gym to see anybody go above around 15 pull ups, people who go to a gym know I speak the truth.

30 is nothing special I guess, it is common according to RR and anyone with a couple months training could do that . What the hell does it take to be impressive then 50 chin ups
