Oh okay then.. another thing you don't know **** about but you pretend you do You've been a good laugh, thanks buddy :good
OK , educate me, show me one male Gymnast in the London Olympics who weighed 50 kgs?? Here all day mate.
So you seriously don't know how big Gymnasts are? Do a google search you muppet. The range is usually between 110-130 pounds. Not exactly David Haye's are they? Get back in your box.
:hi: Can't even perform a google search, it's bad enough that you don't know a common fact but not even being able to type it into a search bar to find out for yourself? Not just dumb but also lazy. You take care now little fella.
He isn't exactly going all the way down or using a controlled movement, its not that impressive even for a bicep concentration pull up. I doubt any of you even train to get big anyway or know anything about body building.
I'm pretty sure he's not a bodybuilder either :huh He's performing kip pull ups basically, the cross fit version of a pull up. For a 220 pound guy to be doing 30 of those is impressive if you know anything about training. It's not mind blowing like 30 regular pull ups with good form would be, but still..
By the time it took you to type this post you have checked goolgle and know your own words are utter bull****.You said male gymnast 50kgs , it doesnt need google to know that is rubbish . How bad is it that you could have checked before and been found out . Ha ha what a loser.
A bodyweight pull up is not exactly the greatest thing to be looking at doing if you want to "train to get big". But you would know that. Also, he's a boxer.
