Bruno by stoppage inside seven rounds. Too powerful for Haye. Although if David gets passed the tenth,he'd stand a good chance,as Bruno could gas out.
Haye's chin hasn't been truly tested at heavyweight yet, and was average at cruiserweight, so I don't have much to go by.. I will say that a 27 year old Frank Bruno would prove to be a much greater test, than a shot Audley Harrison or a 36 year old Valuev though..
I would put my money on Haye here based on what I have seen so far. Might be making myself a hostage to fortune here.
