David Haye v Valuev the feeling in my stomach!!!!

    Just been thinking of the feeling in my stomach and the nerves when the bell rang for the start of the fight and you could see the difference in size between Haye and Valuev. No matter how poor Valuev was to beat someone 7stone heavier than you and nearly a foot taller was fantastic. One of the best nights in British boxing and it will be difficult to beat i terms of what it meant for British boxing.

    What were peoples feelings and thoughts when the bell rang and you saw the size difference?

    My thoughts were exactly like they were when the fight was announced. Haye to cruise to victory.

    Not only was it such a brilliant win, but the performance will rightfully be remembered as one of the greatest by a a British boxer for a long time.

    I went to my local Yates pub to watch it with my mates, I was already smashed before the fight, my white tracky top ended up pink by the end of the fight thanks to me jumping up and down shouting at the telly and drinking snakebites, that's all I can remember really.

    If I knew that Ruiz and Audley would immediately follow, I don't think I'd have got excited over a pretty dull performance against a really **** champion.

    To be honest, I was biting my nails that they were going to switch it from the glorious HD of Box Office and put it on some random channel at the last minute.
