Cant remember, i was hammered...But what I can remember is that when the fight finished I was saying to all the lads that Haye had pissed it on cleaner shots landed, and that pleb Watts scorecard was ****ing miles off!

    ****ing Watt, Clown.

Only a few fights ever really bring that size intrigue. Remember it being like that for DLH v Manny, just being so surprised at the size. What an absolutely great performance by Haye it was.

He had to fight ruiz as his mandatory and sky/hearn forced the Harrison fight. The first of those was good fun.

I get those feelings when its someone i really want to win. I love getting up about 2:30 and waiting a couple of hours for the main event from usa. I like it when the first bell goes and they show a wide shot of both men getting off the stools and coming to the center of the ring.

With haye valuev i got them feelings!!!

Not as much as hatton mayweather though

He gets laughed at now, but it's interesting how many people actually thought Valuev would be too much for Haye at the time.

The feeling in my stomach was a bit horrific after drinking several bottles of 'Lambrella'.

It's like Lambrini but even cheaper

Hey, Tigeredge. You must be new to Roe's posts. You see, young Roe has a deep need to retort to every thread with at least one sarcastic remark. That one was his for this thread.

Don't feel bad that it's gone over your head. It happens to me all the time. See i'm educationally challenged with not a single diploma and it seems like you're in that same boat with me. Such esoteric concepts as sarcasm seem to be beyond our depth. I wish Roe would stop playing with our little minds. He does it to me all the time, tries to be sarcastic but it so often goes over my head like a big ole lead balloon.

It must be tough for young Roe. Here he is laying down a withering fire of sarcasm, only to leave dim-witted folks like us non-plussed. Just like the comedian said after going through his best material and getting little response...What a tough crowd!

Anyway, enough of that. How's life and this forum been treating ya. How's things crackin down? Myself, I've been trying to Brock Landers aka Marky Mark on the history of Roy Jones Jr with a dude in the general today. It is honestly like trying to reason with a 12 year old.

No worries though, because I work closely with an associate of mine who is the exact same way. He's an American too and they simply believe that they funded and won both of the World Wars by themselves, so it automatically gives them the proverbial "bigger" pot to **** in with their closed box tendencies. I simply can't win with those spin doctors.

Oh, btw please advise me, like 2 months in advance, when Tim Coleman is a favourite in a fight. I'll be sure to schedule a date night with the wifey and really "gay" it up with a dinner and movie like "Chicago" before an early night. I'm just doing some scouting on him for next weeks fight and anything would be better than watching this kid play pitty pat with the Heinz's buffet line of tomato soup.

theres that many clowns making stupid remarks on these threads that its hard to tell who's serious or not

funny enough i watched highlights the fight again before and i have to say (rather begrudgingly) that I was much more impressed by Hayes performance than i was watching it live.

I know exactly what you mean, Tigeredge. The British forum is pretty much a save haven for logic and reasonable debate though. Anyone trying to **** on this building is rooted out quickly. So don't forget to bless this stage more often, Sir Tigeredge.

Hey, lets move away from Glamore boy Haye vs Hairy from the Hendersons. While i've got you here let me get your two cents on Lucian "Prince Dracula" Bute vs. Carl "The nose" Froch. I know you like this fight.

What do you think of Lucian and do you give Frochy a shot? Ever since Bute/Andrade was put on for part 2 because Team Andrade was able to ride to political back-lash wave and putting the boogeyman in the trunk in 4 frames, Bute has really just become something else.

I just like what I see in this Bute cat. Have you noticed the shoulder D in the chin...man, that sh*t is tight. To lure a walker/stalker into that mouse trap is throw-back in a lot of ways. Damn I'm getting amped for this fight.

Btw, I didn't make a big deal out of the first "robbery" at the time because Andrade fought his buddy like Magic vs. Isiah for 11 rounds with a kiss on the cheek, but that last round was one of the worst endings since Meldrick vs. JC Superstar (thanks Richard Steele) but in reverse. Any of that famous Tigeredge 411 on this fight?
