    Dear Friends
    kind regards
Today we continue with the David Haye ten match Fantasy Warfare special.
Last Saturday David Haye was outclassed by the talented Wladimir Klitschko over twelve rounds.
The question is would Haye fare any better against the old time champion Jess Willard?
Willard was a good fighter, had a good jab, great stamina and powerful uppercut.
Would Willard box Haye to a points victory or would he take him out?
Would Haye be able to beat Willard with his fast footwork and would he have the courage to actually in-fight against a big man this time?
I await your views and poll contributions.
    yours thankfully
    John

    Dear boxingstar1
    kind regards
May I suggest that you kindly do one of the following two things.
    1. Read properly.
    2. If the above is a struggle then invest in some glasses for your struggling eye sight.
This match features David Haye versus Jess Willard and that is what we should be focusing on.
    yours thankfully

    Dear John;

My apologies for the misrepresentation. I remember you from many years past, when I frequented this website under another name. I hope you can accept my apology as well as my estimation that the very best David Haye has to offer was better than the very best Willard had to offer, as well as my prediction of David Haye by 8th round KO.

    God Bless.

Interesting matchup! Willard was a lumbering giant, but he was ten times tougher than Haye will ever be. But I'll go with a guy who outlasted an All-Time great like Jack Johnson, over somebody who seems to making a career of running around the ring against larger men.

Willard wins with some ease under the ruleset of his time. Haye may or may not beat him in a 12 rounder, it would be a bore with Haye on the backfoot just looking for his counters.

    Dear sportofkings
    kind regards
Please don't mention that degenerate or any of his friends to me or I will report you to the administration.
I am no longer a contributor to the Lounge and will not be reading, talking to or even discussing those beasts that flounder over there anymore.
If you want to pick a winner out of Haye/Willard then be my guest, if not, you know where the click button is.

Haye said he would do to Wlad what Dempsey did to Willard. I'm so freakin' disappointed, still. The Klitschko bore-mongers are still out there boring us to death.

There's no way Dempsey would have been so careful and lazy against Wlad. He would have blitzed him and stopped him.

    Dear Beatle
    kind regards
I do agree with you that Dempsey would blast out Wladimir Klitschko and that is a Fantasy Warfare match in the very future.
However, if we could kindly stay on track here I'd appreciate it.
Do you have a prediction for Haye versus Willard or not?
    I await your response.

Willard by points after 25 rounds, as the ref calls KD for every slip in a clinch, and Willard stands over him waiting for him to get up.
Make that a KO for Willard. Who know how to parry, something Haye don't. And 212 was a big big Heavy back then...bigger than Sullivan. As big as out of shape Jackson...don't have the exact weight in head...Jackson 220?

Dempsy fought out of the crouch...and attacked.....

So do you think Corbett would win too?

I give him a good chance, Corbett had better foot work and could take a punch...to the face. It was not a punch to the solar plexes but to the edge of the rib cage that did it.

Haye is not worthy of any serious all time discussion. Quite frankly he is a bum

Haye can't beat a Klitschko, but he beat almost all the socalled ATGS by easy KO other than Ali, Foreman, Tyson, Lewis, Holy, and Holmes, and maybe Loius.
