The favorite is what the pros set the odds at, not what ESB "experts" think. Nevertheless, at this point in time I'd pick Povetkin over Haye.

There's nothing wrong with David Haye's stamina.

    **** off with you're myths.

I really wouldn't be shocked if anybody in the top ten knocked out Haye in the first round...

Haye's speed and power would be too much for Povetkin.

I see a mid do late TKO win for Haye, with Povetkin giving a good account of himself, though.

    Mad credit.

These 2 dudes are still terrified of the Klits.

Yeah credit to 2 duckers for finding eachother.

How do you see Haye against Vitali or Wlad?

I would give Haye props for defending against Povetkin. Quality opponent no doubt. Of course it kinda depends on how/if Haye can win. I mean if Pov just walks straight into a right hand in the first couple of rounds after landing absolutely nothing on Haye, then I'd have to say Povetkin's chin/defense ain't all that to some degree right?

Sasha has a habit of getting hit, especially with speed. Chambers did it & Haye has it, but that was before Teddy Atlas was training him too.

I'm very excited about this fight.

If Haye wins big it really sets up a mega fight against a Klitschko. If Povetkin wins it gives him & Teddy the confidence that Sasha can beat a Klitschko or at very least get a higher percentage because he'll have a belt on the line.

Good fight for the Heavyweights & good fight for boxing in general.

That much is true, regardless of this being a good match up.

Wow, mother ****ers on here don't know **** about boxing.

Predictable, stand right in front of your opponent, and out of shape, can't punch for ****, Chambers, managed to land over 60% of his power punches on Povetkin.

Imagine what Haye's right hand will do.

I'll give it to Povetkin, he can take a hell of a beating from what I've seen, but I don't think his ability to take a beating will be enough to beat Haye.

Haye can hurt him with both hands, won't stand right in front of him, and Povetkin isn't a big puncher. He's a very predictable accumulation puncher.

It would be incredibly surprising if Povetkin manages to survive this fight.

And for the record, Povetkin is indicative of how bad the heavyweight division is. He wouldn't even be a name in the 80's. He has no lateral movement, stands straight up and down, is relatively undersized, doesn't have a punch, and is incredibly predictable.

The fact that this guy is relevant makes this era a complete ****in joke. It's pathetic.

Yet Povetkin beat Chambers, Estrada and Byrd. I'm not sold on Haye's resume being much better.

Byrd. Good one, the mother ****er was completely done. Povetkin still managed to look completely unimpressive.

Byrd then got knocked out again in what, his next fight?

Chambers is not good to begin with, but that version of Chambers was fat as hell and was winning the fight until he ran out of stamina. Povetkin still didn't hit him with anything clean. Everything was on his gloves.

And the fact that Chambers landed 60% of his powershots is not a good look when you're going up against a guy with legitimate one punch power in both hands, excellent speed, that also gives you different looks, (IE doesn't stand right in front of you like dumbass Chambers).

I see that Povetkin looks almost exactly the same. He eats his opponents punches. The guy is like a punch magnet.

His one quality is his stamina and his ability to take a beating. Against Haye, he will be tested to the limit and it's doubtful that he will be able to survive.

If you really want to embarrass yourself continue to post this, and I will gladly bring up your ridiculous, biased posts, when Haye blasts Povetkin and gives him a one sided beating.

You obviously don't know **** about boxing skills and should probably refrain for posting.

I'm sorry that I want to be smart with my money.

Haye needs this win. If he loses, forget it.
