This fight is in the works for the "interim" WBA title. The fight will be signed in the next two weeks.

If this happens- who wins and how?

Is Haye physically up to getting in the ring with a fighter who is not paid to take a dive, like his last two opponents?

This for me is the great unknown in this fight.

Or does Haye have other options?

I'm no Haye fanboy but I don't see how slow plodding Ustinov can hand for 12 rounds with an explosive Haye.

    It's a fun fight!

Ustinov will give Haye rounds aswell.

I'll be surprised if it gets signed though, I think Ustinov is still a bit too live for hayes liking.

Is Ustinov the guy who wouldn't get up against Parker?

That was Dimitrenko who's well known for his glass chin. Ustinov has never been knocked down in a professional fight.

It could look similar to his win over Valuev.

pulev jab is like power punch i think its stronger than his right hand actually he punishes top fighters with a jab only!

Haye has not fought a live body in a long time, an Ustinov KO would not surprise me.
Haye has go to be one of the most overrated heavyweights of all time.
