If Haye wins tomorrow, he could fight Whyte to get a title shot. I see it as a winnable fight for Haye. He's a hard puncher, and Whyte doesn't have much in the way of head movement.
Should we even be asking for this? Come on, please...give me a break. Whyte is a scrapper, and you don't scrap with the Hayemaker unless you have BIG clear, physical advantages. You'd expect the likes of Joshua to have a war with haye, but Whyte? That's suicide. Haye by murder. He can box better than whyte, so Whyte can't win this one. I like Whyte, and I'm a fan, think he beats Ortiz and Pulev, and possibly Wilder too, but Haye is a bad matchup for him I think unfortunately. Of course, injuries could play a part, but injury free? One-way traffic.
Prime Haye would batter Whyte. But this fragile Haye would be worn down by Whyte who is tough, durable and has decent punch variety.
There was this big, tattooed bouncer who tried to get past Joshua's bodyguard. Ended up on the floor, unconscious. Haye knows too well not to mess with this guy.
The build up would be epic, but i think if haye wins hes either fighting AJ or he retires, Not that he's done anything to deserve the fight but if he looks good against bellew, that is a mega money fight, far bigger money fight than wilder and there is no other fight that would generate as much money other than fury.
Haye does not need to box Whyte for a title shot. If Haye beats Bellew emphatically by KO tomorrow he walks into an AJ fight. It’s an absolutely mammoth PPV fight here and the casuals would be all over it.
I'd lose a lot of respect for Joshua if he faces the winner of this farce. Joshua has 3 world title belts. He can't be facing these non-deserving jokers.
Some closes from the bomb squad, told me Richard Towers said that a prime Haye was beaten up badly by Wilder in sparring. It seems the youtube video was badly edited to make the bronze bomber look bad. Lol both Haye and Dillian should fight in a wbc tournament to have the privilege to face old grandpa Ortiz in the semi final.
Really bad match up for Whyte and you know I'm a huge fan of both. I don't think Whyte has the footwork to get out of range of David's right hand. That being said, Whyte does have a chance of course he does but I just think the old saying styles make fights and I think Haye might take this one even at 38.
