Eddie Chambers has a mandatory defense of his USBA against Malik Scott....

Chambers while small, will give Haye a fight and probably win....

Maybe next, Haye will pick someone like Billy Zumbrun, and say that is his choice cause he's dark headed, like Klitschko.

Chambers is fast as hell, yes, but I am not sure he'd last very long against Haye. But last I read, they don't have an opponent.

Either that, or as has been said, they already have the fight deal and opponent squared away, but are merely playing these games, as if they can't get anyone to fight him, in order to hype it and get the public into it.

A loss to Eddie Chambers could even be worse then getting knocked out. Say Haye gets knocked out, people will say "well, we knew he had a bad chin anyway, he just got caught". " Haye could come back and still have the power to KO most heavyweights."

If Haye gets outpointed, not only are people questioning his chin, he got outboxed as well by a very good but not quite elite HW. Absolute Worst case scenerio, Haye gets KO'd by Chambers. Who I do think has under-rated power, he marked up Povetkins face pretty good. I think Chambers has some power when he uses it.

Haye needs this fight more than the other 2, Johnson and chapman.

hahahaha, I didn't actually know that. Well maybe he's trying to make the best of a bad situation, I'm willing to believe he may be cherry picking now with that statement. I actually had to go Boxrec to see who JD Chapman was, I had heard the name but nothing else.

Chambers wants this fight. Monte Barrett would probably be an easier fight. So, they would probably rather have that fight. But Barrett is a bigger puncher then Chambers, and Haye has no chin at all. Haye will consider that.
