Akinwande always fought like he wad scared to death, even when he was facing non-punchers, like Axel Shulz. I think he might present some problems for Haye with his size and spoiling style, but if Haye cathes that glass jaw the game would be over
Yes, he was against Rahman, but Lennox actually took some good punches in other fights from good/decent punchers and wasn't knocked down by them - he was hit with very good, clean punches from Bruno, Mercer, Holyfield, Briggs, Vitali... And even took a few left hooks from David Tua, even if they were more of glansing blows. I can't remember Henry Akinwande taking a good punch from a decent puncher. Ever. Lewis never landed clean, because Henry spoiled that fight so badly with countless clinches
Tyson Fury`s father fought kinwande and sparred with Tyson F. that same year, at the time Tyson was only 13 but John F. said Fury already hit harder than Akinwande at that stage, Haye was better at stopping fighter than Akinwande so I`ll give him the edge.
I was never thoroughly impressed with Akinwande but then again David Haye never did much at heavyweight so its a toss up for me
