David Haye vs Herbie Hide - Who Wins?

Haye was technically better, and I think he gets the bomb in first and gets the KO. Wouldn't bet a dime on this one though. Very good match-up.

 

Oh, and good fight, and one that Hide will win or lose in a queue for a burger at McDonald's several weeks before the fight is even announced because he thinks, but isn't sure, that someone was talking about him....

 

Herbie Hide could crack but Haye would see his shots coming and counter him badly.

 

At first glance it seems like a good fight, but in reality Haye crushes him within 6 rounds..

 

Difficult one leaning towards Herbie on points

I think Haye is better and sharper and wins this by early KO. I see this going a little like Haye v Enzo Mac

Haye was the more rounded and better fighter and should win. But Hide’s power makes him a very live underdog

 

Looks like i am the only one so far who has gone for Hide

 

I voted for Haye. But I’m too skeptical to think that this is a walk in the park for him. Riddick Bowe and Vitali Klitschko had overwhelming size over Hide which is partially why they beat him so decisively. And even Bowe was rocked by some of those shots. David Haye had neither great size nor a great chin. Hide was not a “ great “ fighter by any stretch of the imagination. But he’s all to often written off as a bum with a padded record. Fact is he was dangerous as hell

 

Haye have a better defence than Hide.Haye by TKO 5-7 rounds.

 

Haye, but it’s dangerous, Haye should be able to beat him to the punches and set him up for punches over the top, jab to the body first, right hand to the high chin of Hide.

 

Hide lands on him first.
