Marciano Vs Lewis is a completely different matchup to this one. There's about 50lbs and 6/7 inches of height in that one. Haye isn't even a top-notch heavy.
Oh agreed mate. But it just seems that whenever a great from back in the day is mentioned on this website they are always thought of as supermen which is bollocks. Frazier... yes a very good fighter and an ATG with his accomplishments but as i said in my post.... in this fight i would still expect Haye to have his moments and with his physical advantages could possibly hurt or even drop Joe too... people making out it would be a white wash just can't analyse fighters in my opinion
When was Joe ever dropped outside of Foreman? Bonavena rocked him a few times with sharp shots. Haye is not that big a puncher, has poor movement and balance, not that durable, low output, poor stamina. It's not a case of 'Frazier is superman' but Haye is just not on his level.
Haye hits hard enough to take your balance away... not enough to put your lights out but enough to sit you down. Poor movement??????? REALLY? poor balance yes but his movement is what helped him survive against Wlad. For a HW Haye has very good movement Haye may not be on his level, but he holds all the physical advantages... Has very quick hands, very accurate, good timing and packs plenty of wollop so to count him out as if Fraxier would be stepping in the ring with a current day Danny Williams is silly. As i said. I think Frazier would stop Haye. Just too good. But the nostalgia goggles ESB posters put on when mentioning past great HW's blur the senses
I had to read the question 3 times just to make sure I wasn't seeing things. This question is hilarious. Either your just trying to get a response out of people or your just mental. Which is it?
Hayes movement is poor. Overtly negative and over exaggerated. Stays well outside punching range. Very poor functional movement IMO, unless of course your main objective is not to get sparked, rather than actually trying to win.
Have you ever boxed???? The fact he can use his feet to stay out of range suggests good movement... Boxing is about hit and don't be hit. If you can stay out of your opponents range, dart in to get your shots off and then back out again says you have good movement. I'm actually a little baffled by your summary of poor movement... is good movement sitting in the pocket and slugging it out in your book then? :think
Fleaman = Poster of the year 2011 as voted by his peers. Duffy = Utter **** as agreed by everybody. Jog on now troll. vCash means **** btw, I lost all mine on American Football. Proves **** all.
No. But staying so far outside of range you can't slip and fire Bak? That's negativity. How long have you Ben watching boxing? Haye's tactics are a recent phenomenon. He'd have been dq'd back in the day Pathetic showings against Valuev and Wlad IMO.
