David Haye vs John Ruiz who wins?

Ruiz couldn't catch up to Roy Jones Jr though, you can't hit what you can't hit, no matter how big of a puncher you are. Roy Jones Jr would've beaten a lot of HW's the night he beat Ruiz, inlcuding big punchers like David Tua. Over half of Ruiz's wins are by KO, he may not have great power but he has some.

 

Since the year 2000 which is 14 fights Ruiz has TWO (T)KO's. Yes, only TWO in 14 fights and nearly 10 years. The guy has no power. Why do you think Roy Jones handpicked him? Ruiz was no threat to Jones who has as fragile of a Chin as anyone in the sport today not named Amir Khan.

Ruiz is pathetic. Period.

 

Again, look at the guys he's KOd. None of them are above the tomato can or journeyman level. Oquendo's the only one I can think of. Maybe Ray Anis, but that's stretching it. Tony Tucker was BEYOND done when Ruiz fought him.

Other than that, it's ALL tomato can/journeyman level guys, and most aren't even clean KOs. David Haye has a glass jaw, but it's not gonna get shattered this time.

 

Holyfield is a tomato can? If it wasn't for Holy holding on for dear life, he would have been KO'ed. He also had Rahman and Kirk Johnson hurt. He has power so stop with all your hating. I will always agree he has a boring style, but he gets the job done. Like I told you last year, he adopted that style due to being a HW and after that devasting loss to Tua. He was a hell of a boxer at 175 and he was a decent boxer at HW until that KO. Don't you remember the night of the young HW's on HBO. He was propped up by the HBO commentators for being a good HW boxer and leading the other young HW's on the fightcard and Wham!!!
