    At Heavyweight presumably?

I will admit that I havent seen much of Gomez, but in the McCall fight he looked very skillfull. And had a good chin, so Gomez on points probably.

Gomez has ok but overrated skill at HW and can't crack an egg, so no danger for Haye's china there. Gomez was Ko'ed in the first by Yanqui Diaz so his chin is there to be exposed. Probably Haye KO, Gomez is severely overrated and doesn't belong in the Top 10.

Not true. But he is aging and he doesn't seem to be getting any more dedicated.

    Haye KO 9-10

Gomez was a slick box puncher at cruiser. At 200lbs which he could probably still make now he boxes Hayes ear off for a late TKO or a wide UD.Too many here seem to have forgotten his pedigree as a cruiser and as an Am or simply havent seen his fights.Gomez was an enormous talent at cruiser. His main problem was he was lazy and spent more time partying than taking boxing seriously.

Wasted talent is how I'd like to describe Gomez.

He's a natural talented guy that definitely got all the tools in the world to be a great boxer, but the thing is he will most likely never be as good as most people thought he once would be. Just like you said, he wasn't taking his career seriously, he loved the nightlife in Germany more than working hard in the gym. Gomez is very skilled and I enjoy watching him fight. I read an interview with him just before the McCall fight last year where he said that he focus on boxing now 100% and wants to prove to the world that he can beat anyone out there. He said he wanted Wlad or Peter next year (2008).

Haye by KO. Gomez is over-rated.

How is he over-rated? Simply because most aspects of his abilities are blown out of proportion, he has no power to threaten Haye, and will he still be standing if Haye catches him sweetly with a big right? I doubt it. Although he has a sterdy chin, he'll need a ****ing steel door to stop Haye's "Hayemaker".
But this is all about opinon, thats the beauty of all forum's.
