You said Wlad fought guys considerably taller than Lewis's opponents Here are 10 tall fighters Lewis fought. 10-0 Biggs 6'5 Tucker 6'5 Grant 6'8 Vitali 6'8 Anwikande 6'8 Golota 6'4 Jones 6'6 Garber 6'6 Noel Quarless 6'4 Derek Williams 6'5 List 10 that Wlad fought 6'4 or taller. Please. I already boxrec averaged it..... 24% of Lennox's fights were against guys 6'4 or taller Guess what % of Wlad's fights were against guys 6'4 or taller>?
"Wlad is universally recognized as one of the most powerful one-shot ever." LOL dont quote planet klit as though its a fact, I see very little evidence that Wlad is the puncher you all seem to think he is Mormeck knocked Haye down at cruiser yet he took Wlads shots with his universally recognized power and smiled at him
Changing the subject is that you giving up ???? So not 1 early stoppage for Wlad even considering the quality of opponent
McCline Sanders Thompson Wach Pianeta Bostice Wolfgraem Thompson 2 Austin DaVarryl Williamson Danell Nicholson Derrick Jefferson There's probably a few more amongst the bums and journey men he fought on the way up but I can't be arsed to check. :deal
Sanders 6,4 Thompson 6,5 Wach 6,8 Pianeta 6,4 Bostice 6,4 Wolfgraem 6,4 Thompson 2 6,5 Austin 6,6 DaVarryl Williamson 6,4 Danell Nicholson 6,4 Derrick Jefferson 6,6
I don't understand how the guy has any fans left let alone people that actually believe things like him stopping Wach.... how delusional and ******ed do you have to be.
What a terrible assertion, Wlad hits hard, Haye hits sharp. Wlad was unable to finish Wach properly that he was smothering his punches due to frustration, he was unable to put combinations together something which Haye can do. Which is why he was able to stop Chisora, quick successive punches but the key is they are accurate.
The evidence we have against tall opponents says otherwise. Haye was potshotting single shots against both Valuev and Wlad, not throwing one combination after another.
I've been going thru his career set and I rather think Hayes application to the bigger fighters does not apply here. It's more rather threat based than simply a size issue. Haye took the high-percentage game-plan with Valuev and succeeded. I can't make GIF's now but there were moments were Wach literally stood in-front of Wlad with his guard up eating punches. He's less mobile than Valuev and neither does he posses the Boxing IQ of Wlad so I don't think that argument holds here. We must agree though that Wach does not equal Wlad.
As if it's going to convince anyone :-( You know they are going to come up with a new "irrefutable" argument why Klitschko isn't what he is, right?
