Spinks is smarter and can adjust better, he has more tools and is more versatile, Haye is more athletic and explosive, but after stealing some early rounds simply through overwhelming Spinks with aggression and explosiveness, Spinks starts having more success mid-rounds and starts find his timing and Haye gasses and maybe even gets stopped.
