wouldn't be a bad first bout if haye hadn't talked so much **** in his ***goty ass accent. maskaev looked like an absolute 'shell' vs peter. i wish haye would've taken monte barrett's challenge because that would actually be a challenge. i'm hoping maskaev had an excuse for his last performance and can put some leather on haye and make it a fight.

 

Any links or sources to the news? I have not seen anything on russian news about Maskaev canceling the fight with Hawkins and signing for Haye.

If this is the first HW opponent for Haye, he deserves major respect.

What! Oleg is forty years old and has a glass jaw. What a pathetic first fight for that loudmouth.

 

I dunno everyone is saying Haye wins no problem, I wouldn't be so quick to judge. Oleg is an old vet with plenty of power, don't count him out just yet, Haye's chin hasn't been tested at heavyweight. if he can take a power punch from Oleg it will answer many questions.

 

Haye looks a lot different with a bit more weight on.
