This fight won't do Haye any good in terms of proving he can keep up with better Heavies. Maskev is way past it and is just looking to collect a paycheck, IMO. KO for Haye inside of 3 rounds but he won't convince many fans that he deserves a shot at Wlad in the immediate future.
Is Mike Mollo ranked in the top ten by any of the main sanctioning bodies? Because it is in Haye's contract that his opponent has to be.
I perdict a Maskaev victory, Haye will be decent at Heavy, but far from great. His chins worse than Wlads, while his overall skill level probably isnt as high. His extremely weak chin and low guard will be the death of him, look for Maskaev to unleash an assualt early on Mr. Haye, one that will eventually leave him on the canvas looking up into the lights.
Thats fine, I feel Haye is very overrated, even this very weak Heavyweight division will expose him and his weak chin in due time.
This how I see it: Haye's being propped as the new Holyfield. He's not that big, so he may have resorted to things other than working out to gain more size---like Holyfield who had similar hype: we had a skinny 6'1 185 lb. winning the Olympics and then he ballooons to 220 lbs.and grows to 6'2. Holy tooks steriods, but he had a chin. Whatever Haye has will be exposed soon with a heavyweight punch... .he's a Holyfield without a chin..
:rofl That picture was photoshopped/Doctored in some way, I dont remember Peter ever looking that bad. In any event, I will sport it if Haye somehow beats Maskaev. I will find an avatar that suits you when the time comes.
