This sounds like one of those fights that is announced but never happens. Just like the Audley Harrison-Sam Peter fight that was suppose to be a done deal. However, if this fight does happen then look out. Who ever lands first is gonna win and don't be shocked if it isn't Maskaev!!!! He hits a lot harder than Mormeck.

    Hopefully a merciful one.

Haye taking this fight as his first fight as a renewed heavy wouldn't be too bad. If he sticks with fighting guys like Maskaev and Rahman, I'll be severely PO'd.

If Maskaev lands his right flush on Haye expect the train to derail shortly after.

Chances are Haye will get to Maskaev's chin first. But you never know!

Honestly, I'm surprised he's fighting Big O. I thought he'd start out lower.

I do wish, upon their confrontation, that Wlad had said to Haye "Okay, if you can beat Ibragimov, I'll fight you right away."

...but then, Ibragimov would destory Haye, and the fight with Wlad wouldn't happen.

    Bad choice If It happens.

Maskaev Is chinny, had alot of Inactivity due to Injuries and politics and could be lacking confidence after losing his title to Peter.

Haye's able to justify this to gullible Brits though just because Oleg has a WBC no 8 ranking, Haye's allowed anyone In the top 10 of the WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO.

Danny Williams was WBC 7 yet he was outclassed by Vitali, a ranking doesn't make you good.

Maskaev is slow as hell now. He was never very quick, but now he just looks extremely old. It would be interesting to see what would happen if Maskaev connected flush on Haye, but the chances of it happening are very low. Hopefully Maskaev will retire after cashing out in this fight.

Haye's not very hard to hit though despite using head movement and speed though, just that It's mainly jabs and he gets them out too early.

Mormeck hit him flush with a left hook and his legs turned to jelly.

Haye's only been pro for 5 years and he already thinks he's DLH and has created Hayemaker promotions.

would be pretty funny but highly unlikely maybe oleg about 2 years ago. haye should win this one with relative ease, unless maskaev finds the fountain of youth before the fight.

Oleg isn't the best fight for Haye...

Maskaev has immense power....... Haye can't stand cruiserweight power..

Just wait and see what happens when they do meet.. Haye may just come unstuck...
