Haye for all his dodging and big mouthing at least has a couple of middle class opponents in his record. Not the best record but much better than a complete newcower like Helenius.

With Haye we know he at least is able to perform under pressure and carry out a game plan in the ring. What do we know of Helenius? Nothing.

For all we know Helenius may be another Povetkin type egg-shelled fighter who is talented but folds once the pressure of fight night comes closer and it dawns upon him that he has to go to war.

Helenius by tko, i know he is something but untested. But i don't think there is a large gulf in class between the top and low rank contender's. Because the division is poor anyway...

People will pick anyone against Haye purely based on hatred. It's already been decided that he loses to the likes of Adamek, Chageav, Povetkin, Solis, Chambers, Peter and now Helenius apparently.

Name 8 or 9 heavies above Haye at the moment. You'd be able to name 5 max [Klitschko's, Povetkin, Chambers and Chagaev], and I'd end up laughing at the others.

The summer was supposed to fight Valuev vs Helenius, after which the winner would have fought against Haye. Do you think that Sauerland had put the men to drop their own team's situation, without the new star would have been strong? Match canceled because of Helenius hand injury

We know that Sauerland is a bunch of idiots. They have Valuev, Povetkin, Helenius and look what they have made of the situation? Nothing. Worst boxing outfit ever.

Oh and look at the Super 6. What ever happened to that? Half the fighters magically get injured and withdraw from the tournament and don't want to fight eachother? Sounds eerily reminiscent of Sauerland's track record at HW.

haye easily. as much as his trash talking has turned his fans against him, he is still a very good boxer, make no mistake.

you do not kayo bonin, barret and ruiz if you are ****. you do not go to germany and win on points against valuev if you are ****.

ask youself this, how does quinn vs haye end? haye by brutal kayo. not haye on points.

People ought to stop talking about guys like Helenius or Boytsov before these guys don't convincingly beat the "tougher" old guys. Rahman, Thompson, Briggs. Let them walk through 4-5 C level guys who we know have at some point been able to perform at top 10 level, then we talk.

Otherwise it's just fantasizing on how amazing and great Helenius or Boytsov and their peers could be. They could be coming super stars or they could be glass chinned bum. We simply don't know and thinking too much about them is just a waste of time.

Guinn? Haye couldnt even KO Ismail Abdoul a very small cruiser in a similar fight then the Pulev vs Guinn fight was. only that Haye went 12 rounds and actually tried to KO his opponent in the late rounds but failed.
And when has Haye brutally KO´d Ruiz? He put him down a couple of times mostly using rabbitpunches like the Hayefaker does in most of his fights to the back of his head and carried Ruiz to the 9th when got stopped on towel because Haye failed to KO him.

exactly. Haye easy inside 3-4 at most

I'd take Haye to win this fight if it were to happen today.

Helenius has a LOT of growing to do. He needs to add 15lbs of muscle, improve his absent foot work, and tighten his hooks and uppercuts. He totally throws them from the shoulder rather than the hip.

That said, I think Haye will be blasted out by Audley this month, and I dont see Audley passing up the 2.5 mil the Klits will offer, so all roads to the title go through a Klitschko. And Helenius had better step up against at least 3 or 4 more quality fighters like Arreola Adamek and Tarver before he steps in with a Klitschko.

If Im Helenius camp, I finish Levin, then fight Adamek or Areeola in the spring. Maybe Tarver in the summer then, after having convincingly beaten two small fast HWs like Adamek and Tarver, he could MAYBE beat Haye.

But...... He'd better get stronger and faster before he even considers Haye as a possibility.:deal

Helenius is managed by Sauerland. That means they will carefully let him fight a bunch of feahter-fisted bums hoping the Klits retire sooner rather than later.
