You don't have to be a boxer to understand the hypocrisy in demanding someone do something that you wouldn't do if you were in their shoes.

His defense of Haye was reasonable, only after that did he turn the same scrutiny back on K2. You shouldn't be so defensive.

Face it hayes fans, WBA wants him to fight his mandatory, an hayes does not have faith in himself, an wlad so confident, he taking a fight just a few weeks prior to his would of been showdown with hayes. Hayes is now going to retire, an still does not want to fight his mandatory. I guess when you leave the cruiserweights, an were great there, you imagine the heavweights will be just the same,, but as you can see after 3 years up here, he has four fights, pulled out of about 6 others, ducked the klitshckos, valueve (rematch), chaguev, povetkin, adamek, arreola an tony thompson to name a few. This time next year, he will be a joke around the boxing world, an wlad will still be world champion

Barrett was his first test at heavy? Strange it was his 4th fight above 200...and lets not forgett Barrett was 37 and going in 3-3
Valuev was for a paper title, in active in over a year and lucky against Holyfield though Haye did little other than run until round 12
Ruiz was a mandatory and more proof of the WBA's illogical ways of working it (Salita being another cracking one for the WBA)
    Harrison was a public robbery.

So you want to look at Wlad and Vitalis over the same time:
Vitali made his comeback against Peter a month before Haye v Barrett, a title fight against a dangerous puncher
Then faced Juan Carlos Gomez, a 44-1 who had won 2 eliminators, so lets call this a mandatory
Then faced power punching American Chris Arreola and schooled him
Then another unbeaten American in Johnson
Albert Sosnowski may have been a gimme though was European champion...much like people point out Harrison was
Shannon Briggs was a heavy hitting fighter, past his best but a fight that kept Vitali busy, something Haye hasn't been

Wladimir had beaten Thompson 4 months prior to Haye v Barrett
Then had to call in Hasim Rahman as a late replacement to Povetkin who pulled out very late on
Ruslan Chagaev was next, the unbeaten and true WBA champion, can't complain at all about this one
Eddie Chambers had won an eliminator, so was there due to the WBO
Samuel Peter, a former champion, was another fill in due to the annoyance that was Povetkin.

They are both far better than the opponents that Haye has had.

So what if it was his 4th fight, my statement stands, it was his first real fight at weight to test the water. If you consider any of the others as a real "test" you're a boxrec warrior, I hope this isn't the case.

I didn't say "at the same time" did I? I said 4 fights at a time and for both Klitschko's you'll find a turkey there at least once.

Wlad last 4 oldman Rahman, next 4 Austin, next 4 Castillo, next 4 Moli.
Vitali - Sosnowski, Williams or Gomez, Donald, Norris or Hoffman.

Every single one of those guys would be classed as turkeys if Haye fought them by Klitschko fans, all within 4 fights of another.

I don't care if people point out Harrison was a Euro champion, he sucked, I'm not a blinded Haye fan.

You're said "far better opponents", where did I say otherwise?:huh
I said 1 in ever 4 is a turkey, which there is.

Oh right, because Don King was a **** I couldn't respect his fighters in the ring?
    Becasue Arum is a ******* I can't respect Pacquiao?

What has their promoting got to do with how they look in the ring? Do you even think before you come up with this ****? and for someone arguing every point made against K2 you have a ****ing cheek to claim anyone has manjuice on their face, go look in the mirror.

Yes, Chagaev, if he gets a bit of his old self back, will be Haye's toughest fight at heavy, by FAR.

Pick em fight, if it happens.

Chagaev, when he's *on* is a very skilled fighter with great handspeed and movement.

Actually, Chagaev has better resume than Haye. Chagaev schooled Ruiz years before Haye fought semi-retired shot version of him. Chagaev also handed Valuev his first loss.

If his next fight is a mandatory I don't see it meaning much whoever it is against. Best case right now is chagaev/povetkin/adamek and neither crack his top 3 wins imo.

Schooled? IIRC It was a dull fight with not much to choose between them in most rounds. Chag had the slight upper hand throughout, that's not a schooling.

Chagev has enuff power 2 knock Haye out @ least a healthy version and is more skilled. but Haye has better power and speed. A healthy Ruslan and Haye could b a good fight if it can b made.

The fight means little other than title retention. Chagaev will not be haye's best victory at heavyweight. He has looked awful since beating john and nikolai. Anyone see the skelton fight? Terrible. Wlad fight? Terrible. Meehan fight? Terrible. He is highly ranked but the victory, imo, won't mean as much as his one over valuev.

The wba will make him fight chag or povetkin. Neither have looked impressive in years. So whilst it will be a top 3 heavyweight victory, it means little in terms of his career.
