Yeah good point, I have actually grown to like Skeete.

 

I wonder how you guys see an Eggington vs Skeete rematch going. Has Eggington improved enough since their first fight to make the outcome to a possible rematch a different one?

 

Paulie got smashed to the solar plexus, killer when it happens but it knocks everything out of you for 20 seconds, that's why he is fuming.. having been on the end of that myself it's bloody hard to get up from!

 

Remember Eggington has gone far further with his boxing career than he ever imagined. He initially said he'd have been content to be a journeyman.

 

That was the ghost of Pauline Malignanni. In his prime Paulie was a level above the likes of Eggington.

 

Eggington is nearly twice the size, half his age and fighting Paulie after he got dragged through the trenches against garcia and porter.

His resistence was already weakened. And paulie never teed off Garcia's head like it was a speed bag

 

Some suffer from sparring partner mentality... Paulie suffers from commentators mentality

 

Bradley Skeete is very tall for the weight and has a fantastic jab, he's not great to watch mind you! but he's bloody good at what he does, jab jab - right hand, good footwork. It's hard for any decent fighter to look good against Skeete, VERY underrated fighter who should be unbeaten as he clearly beat Gavin.
