He deserved to win fighiting against a cripple, yes. Until that point he was clearly losing and was clearly going to lose.

    Yes sir.

Not since Frazier's stock plummeted when Holmes stopped Ali, has an ATG's stock underwent such reconsideration !

I agree it shouldnt over shadow Tony's win but its unavoidable people will say he won because of it, similar to Danny Williams when he beat Tyson. Its not right but it had a role in the fight. my own opinion is that Tony lasted long enough for the injury to take place, Haye obviously didnt bank on that, so full credit to Tony. I just think Haye came out looking good from it and his reputation should be restored a bit but can imagine some people wont want give him any credit for that display of heart.

    Haye lost sunny.

The fight was even before the injury. Haye was meant to put him in hospital and end the fight any time he wanted remember?

You can take solace that haye done his ankle, but the fact is he got dragged around the ring and beaten like a little boy.

Not a very promising start to a punditry career.

Yers, Haye lost. And I don't really like either of them so I have no axe to grind here. But you have to put it in context, don't you? The fight was at least 4-2 to Haye and he was looking better and better as it went on.

you can say that with a straight face after the balls Haye showed in that fight? you dont deserve to watch these gladiators putting their lives on the line. what kind of con man fights with an injury until he is knocked out of the ring? he could have pulled out way before that point if he didn't have the stomach. anyway he showed he had heart so that should be respected instead of this bile people spout out.

It doesn't matter what happens on the scorecards if you end up tko'd.

You sound like those devout amir khan fans who keep harping on about him winning until he gets ko'd.

Khan was up on the scorecard against Canelo, yet he got ko'd. The same against Garcia and then got ko'd.

It doesn't matter because Haye was meant to steamroll through Bellew and get him out of there to show the world how much of a mismatch the contest was. Instead he showed how old and done he is as a fighter by swinging like a amateur from the get go.

Now all of his bum boys are trying to take the moral victory by proclaiming how much of a brave heart he is due to damaging his foot.

Are you capable of any nuance at all? Did you even bother to read the part where I clearly stated I don't really like either of them? The KO wasn't even a clean shot. Haye was just done. You have no chance of winning with an injury like that.
