it's common knowledge that he had an injury prior to the fight. Bellew and Penfold called him out on it in interviews in the build up. Even Joshua looked up details about the doctor in Germany and said in an interview before the fight that Haye had gone to see a leg specialist. He was totally flat food in the whole fight and did not want to put weight on that leg at all, even before the 6th round. You cannot generate power without having 2 steady legs. I have seen the videos and the public workout and not much has changed. He still cannot use that leg, and at almost 38 years old that is not a good sign at all. I like Haye a lot, but I think he will be knocked out by Bellew (who I don't rate much at all) simply because his body is broken. His bicep, his foot, all the surgeries etc.
Haye UD. He can't go all out anymore, he'll only injure himself so I don't think a stoppage is that likely. But Bellew really isn't a particularly skilled operator, he was losing on points to an already injured, poorly prepared Haye before said injury worsened and he even lost a round (9th IIRC) after the rupture.
Bellew wins after Haye's corner tell him how much money he earned from the gate proceeds and he fakes some sort of injury to save face from getting his mouth busted up by Bellew. David Haye is the greatest con artist in boxing history. There has never been a man that has made so much money by lying constantly to people since Bernard Madoff.
