Haye really is overrated. He is a one punch stalker. He has no jab. He's always looking to land 1 strong right hand. He has NO jab. Haye in his prime is only as good a fighter as post prison Mike Tyson.
I like both Klitschkos but let's face it, Wlad made Haye look like **** and is half the fighter his brother is, he throws what, three different kind of punches, total? Vitali's also got reflexes and the kind of punch resistance his brother can only dream of. If it comes off, Vitali carries Haye through a good few rounds in order to inflict a prolonged beating, then steps on the gas and knocks him out whenever the hell he feels like it. Slipping or not, Vitali beats the **** out of Haye.
With a torn shoulder, yes I'd then give the edge to Haye. I think Haye's speed and power would be too much for a one armed Vitali to avoid. But a healthy, two armed Vitali would pump the joltingly hard jab and lands hard right hands over the top, too often and too powerfully for Haye to deal with for very long.........unless Haye runs alot and avoids contact every time he feels he's getting too close to Vitali's long ranging shots.. I do think Haye would, after the Wlad fight, be a bit more assertive and *chance taking*, though. And if he were to be bold against Vitali, he'd probably get stopped by Vitali.
Haye can beat this version of Vitali, I have no doubt about that. Against a younger version it's a totally different story.
I wish Haye was as confident as you are. If he were, he'd have taken the fight a looong time ago. *This version* of Vitali is one fight, make that, one INJURED SHOULDER, removed from the clinic he put on against Adamek. Let us not forget that the recent Vitali was fighting at a greatly diminished effectiveness with his left hand outta commission. The Vitali that fought Adamek is what we'd see against Haye. even a 41 year old Vitali is still an amazingly effective, fast, and quick reflexed fighter. he'd give Haye a clinic, as well. Not quite as one sided a beating as the Adamek fight was, but it'd be a clinic, nontheless.
He won the tournament by fighting a top 25, Harris, and was a week away from fighting a top 10, Chambers to get the mandate for Wlad. Chambers pulled out. I wanna see Haye vs Vito, but it would more likely happen if he first won a belt like the EBU, EBA vs Pulev/Dimi, Ustinov or the Commonwealth title vs Price/Sexton winner or even title Fury currently holds. Beating any of the above named fighters instantly lends him credibilty once again as a top contender.
is this a new garbage thread about Haye vs Vitali? or a regurgitated one ? because they all start alike and end alike with the main point intact Haye runs his mouth asks for a shot champion obliges and haye disappears again sound right?
