The Haye of 3 years ago would likely come out on top due to his greater experience and athletic ability. Post injury Haye - who knows? Of course, Wilder would always have that puncher's chance - even vs. the prime version of Haye.

Haye did break his hand and Valuev humoured him by stumbling in the last round so it would look like a fix on the cards. I am quite surprised more of Valuev opponents didn't breaks their hands while boxing the Beast from the East. His Chin is Pure Titanium
