This thread could run until one of them dies of old age. Technically.

This may have been mentioned already: the Scene says Warren rented Haye's venue in London on the same exact date David was supposed to make his title defense. This sort of confirms the Haye-Klitschko rumors.

No, man, it doesn't mean that. It means that Haye is left without a venue on the date of his supposed title defense (as well as no TV window), so he might as well excercise his right with the WBA to replace a regular title defense with a unification bout against Wladimir. Unification fights have always had a priority over regular defenses.

That's what they would have you believe.
In fact Klitschko's have had plenty of fights outside of Germany, including - yes - England.

Him and Haye have agreed to make the fight under the best financial conditions possible. RTL and German stadium were better than what Haye could offer, hense the fight in Deutchland.

I've always figured the WBA doing anything in their power to prevent unification from happening, because they lose part of the control over their precious title. But of course Wlad will be "promoted" to Super Champion after the fight and the "regular" belt will become vacant again, so then they can take sanctioning money from 2 belts.

    Klits had me fooled

I wouldnt mind if its in Germany anyway, might force Haye to be more aggresive
