David Haye wants Freddie Roach as his trainer!!!

Knowledge is a word used to much in boxing..

What Knowledge does Roach have that Adam Booth dose'nt..??????

Did'nt Floyd Mayweather Senior have a whole lot of knowledge..???? and it did **** all for Ricky Hatton.

 

Maybe it is, and I see what you're saying, but the wealth of experience Roach has is not something I would turn down if i was Haye. He's worked with Toney, Tyson and I'm pretty sure even one of the Klitschko's. He can maybe bridge the gap that Booth lacks in the experience department.

On the Floyd sr point, I accept he didnt do much for Hatton, but its important to have a fighter willing to absorb and listen to what his trainer is telling him. Going by the Pacquiao fight, Hatton disregarded everything he was told and charged at Pacman and paid for it.

 

But Adam Booth has more experience with David Haye, and knows David Haye better then Freddie Roach. Physically and mentally..! you want somebody like that by your side when you go to WAR.

 

Prima, Adam doesn't know half of what Freddie knows. He doesn't have his fight experience, he doesn't have his proven record, he isn't as good on the pads, he isn't as good at creating strategies. David Haye isn't a child. He is an experienced fighter. This is about becoming better and Booth hasn't got **** on Roach.

Haye is very flawed getting by often on talent rather than technique. I can remember others like that - Pac and Khan. Roach took those guys to the next level.

 

booth is the best guy for haye to have in his corner he is extremely calm and seems to know his ****, as far as trainer goes he seems to have done a good job so far so why get roach?
