in defending himself, as leading up to the brawl, chisora had slapped vitali a day prior in the weigh-in, spat at wlad, already threatened to assault haye, voluntarily marched towards haye with his silly bravado, was the FIRST to lock horns with him, with his track record of the 48 hours, & unpredictable behaviour, it's only logical to assume that he was looking for trouble. His eyes lit up when he saw haye, as he so it as another opportunity to cash-in, in an all British affair. Btw i'm not a fan of either fighter, although i've got to side with haye on this one.. feel free to agree or disagree..

He definitely was. If he goes to jail, it will be a huge injustice and a blow against MEN around the world.

Completely agree. Haye is innocent here, and was expecting to be attacked, so defended himself. Chisora marched to him, took his robe off, asked his friends/minders to come with him, then thrust his head at Hayes.
Haye wont get charged with anything IMO, as the tripod hit Booth is reports are correct, and hes hardly likely to press charges, but I was amazed when Chisora got released.
I think hes possibly, even probably looking at a lifetime ban from boxing. 3 incidents in 2 days, ESPECIALLY the spitting, was unsportsman like as can be.
Then saying your gonna shoot someone, hes a ****ing idiot.

Haye handled that **** like a boss. No crew/entourage to back him up either.

Most people who follow boxing and who saw the footage from all angles will come to this conclusion.

Chisora was also in fighting condition after weeks of training for this fight unlike Haye.

Yeah.. it's easily justifiable to hit with a glass bottle first for DEFENSE.

I don't think initiating physical assault will convince the German judge that it was defense.
