David Haye will Fight Ruslan Chagaev/Kali Meehan Next

We can only hope.

I mean Haye just keeps pushing it back further and further

I think he hopes Wlad just gets upset so he can fight a lesser fighter for the belts

I agree. Not to mention many of Wlad's opponents haven't been the same since they lost to Wlad.

 

Once again, Haye is cherry picking scrubs. This guy has **** credentials at HW. Why not fight a top live competitor (Adamek, Chambers, or Povetkin) if you claim to be the champ? What a pre madonna. I don't know how Haye fans can look at themselves in the mirror.

 

i thought he wasnt taking on wlad b/c he wanted to take a break and now he's talking about fighting these guys. what gives?

 

I would love Chagaev, who is a really nice guy, to embarass that loudmouth Haye, but I doubt it. Chagaev's confidence is shaken, after fighting Wlad he knows he will never be the best HW in the world. He is also smaller that Haye and doesn't have that much power. A competitive fight probably, but Haye will win unless he fights a really stupid fight.

 

Oh bull****, enough of Haye's ****! I hope Chagaev smashes him to pieces so this whole Klitschko-Haye thing will go away and we can ****ing move on

 

Chagaev is a badass. He gave Wlad a good fight although he just didn't have the tools to close the gap. But he is a hellish fight for most guys. I could see him really bothering Haye and maybe winning. Chagaev IMO is Wlad's best win.

 

I think Haye's next mandatory defense shouldn't be due until May 2011.
